Complete demolition and remodel of the ground floor to create a new bathroom & laundry, rumpus room, and a workshop space.

A project which required careful planning and detailing to direct the existing load to the galvanised structural steel carport Finished off with a weather-tight deck on top to maximise the beautiful lake views, this project was both demanding an incredibly rewarding.
